This morning, Rise Against released the first single from their upcoming album, Wolves. The album is the follow-up to 2014’s The Black Market.
The first single from the upcoming album, titled “The Violence,” is heavy with the hardcore guitar and (sometimes) subtle political undertones that we’ve come to expect from the hardcore-Democratic rock band.
Next month, Rise Against begins touring with The Deftones. In the meantime, the band has announced free shows at the House of Vans locations in Chicago and Brooklyn, on April 21st and 24th, respectively.
Wolves is scheduled to be released June 9. In the meantime, you can listen to the new single here:
