Released through the Brooklyn based label Captured Tracks, “Breaking” is a captivating departure for the band, featuring a slightly darker and more developed sound than found on their brilliant previous efforts (such as 2011’s Idle Labor). Featuring airy guitar riffs and a smooth bass-line over banging drums and a slick string section (that’s simply to die for), this is a track you most certainly will not want to miss. Their new album may be called Nausea, but there’s nothing to be nauseous about with this beauty of a track.
