British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has announced the title and release date for his upcoming album via Twitter. Titled x (read as “multiply”), the singer’s second album is set to be released on June 23th and is the follow-up to his 2011 debut +.
Along with the new details about the album, an official audio video was posted on YouTube for the lead single “SING”, after it was premiered on BBC Radio 1 by Zane Lowe earlier today.
Ed Sheeran’s last single “I See Fire” was released late last year exclusively on the soundtrack for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
