Rock band Skillet will join the fifth Rockstar Energy UPROAR Festival, which kicks off August 15. The full line-up includes Godsmack, Seether, Buckcherry, Pop Evil, Suicide Girls, Escape The Fate, Redlight King, 3 Years Hollow, Within Reason, New Medicine, Sons of Revelry, These Raven Skies, and Tattered.
The Rockstar Energy UPROAR Festival has announced 24 tour dates, kicking off in Detroit on August 15 and running through September 21. UPROAR Festival producers John Oakes and John Reese are super stoked and can’t wait for the festival to kick off: “We look forward to creating an incredible UPROAR experience for rock fans in every city we visit.” Sounds great, doesn’t it?
Skillet’s run with The UPROAR Festival will follow their current tour in Europe, where the band was invited to play multiple festivals in support of their RISE album throughout the continent, performing for thousands of fans. The tour began May 30 in Jelling, Denmark and will end July 6 in Sofia, Bulgaria with stops in Italy, Germany, Russia, United Kingdom and more.
