Asking Alexandria Premiere “Let It Sleep” Video

Asking Alexandria premiered their new music video worldwide for“Let It Sleep,” the response overwhelmingly positive. The fourth single released for The Black“Let It Sleep” is the opening track to their fourth studio album- first with new frontman Denis Stoff.

January 2015 had Asking Alexandria without a lead vocalist, Danny Worsnop departing to focus his lead in We Are Harlot. Back in February, guitarist Ben Bruce spoke with Lincoln Journal Star“When a band goes through a lineup change, it’s scary, especially when it’s the singer,” he said. “Most of the time, those bands just fade away.”

The scare for both the band and fans did not last long, their new vocalist revealed almost immediately with the first single fittingly titled “I Won’t Give In.” Formerly of Make Me Famous, Denis Stoff (Denis Alexandrovich Shaforostov) was taken in with a near immediate return to both touring and studio work for the band.

“Honestly, it’s just brought a whole new lease on the life of the band,” Bruce added. “With our old vocalist, the last few years with him, we’d got sick and tired of the band. Now, the energy is back. We feel like we’re 19 again, just starting out.

“The thing about our band is, for the last few years, even our fans were saying, ‘What the hell is going on with you guys?’ They knew something wasn’t right. When we made the switch, they said, ‘This is what had to be done.’”
