Fight The Fade

Midwest industrial rockers Fight The Fade are due to release their latest single, “Scratching,” on March 2nd, 2023. The new track brings together the talents of Zene Smith of Fight The Fade and Krystin Hope of Daedric. The result is a symphonic, dynamic, and electronic-influenced track that instantly grabs your attention.

One of the standout features of “Scratching” is the chemistry between Smith and guest vocalist Hope. This dynamic gives the song added depth and emotion, making it a truly captivating listen.

In addition to the powerful vocals, “Scratching” also features some impressive instrumental performances. The guitar work is especially noteworthy when combined with the band’s symphonic elements. Fight the Fade effortlessly blends these elements to create a dense, layered sound. The rhythm section also shines, with the drums and bass driving the song forward with relentless energy and precision.

Overall, “Scratching” is a standout track from Fight The Fade. Whether you’re a longtime fan or are discovering for the first time, this new single will leave a lasting impression. FiXT has been killing it with their signings lately. Be sure to check the track out when it drops on March 2nd.

Fight The Fade was signed to the label FiXT in late 2020, with the five-piece releasing singles throughout all of 2021, leading to a full-length album APOPHYSITIS, which was released in July 2022. Daedric is the creative venture of Krystin Hope. The band draws inspiration from an extensive list of influences, including David Bowie, Anthony Green of Circa Survive, Sia, and Elder Scrolls, from which the group got their name. Additionally, Daedric is the first female-fronted rock band signed to FiXT’s rock/metal division. You can find them here if you wish to hear more of their music.
