VERSA Releases Captivating New Track “Wanderlust”

VERSA

American electronic-rock duo VERSA (that’s the band, not the car) have just premiered a video for their latest single “Wanderlust” off of their 3-Track Neon EP released earlier this year.

The video, directed by Raul Gonzo was released on YouTube earlier today, and if you haven’t heard of them yet, they certainly deserve a moment of your time. The track and video are both fantastically done, and considering the band is currently offering the EP  via a ‘pay what you want’ purchase structure on Bandcamp, there’s simply no reason not to give the EP a spin if you are a fan of electronic rock music.  We previously wrote about the duo here, and since that time we’ve found ourselves yearning for more music from this highly talented duo. We’re certainly big fans here at AltWire, and we can’t help but believe this band will be big in the year ahead.

Listen to “Wanderlust” below and check out the rest of their material on their bandcamp page here.

VERSA consists of Blake Harnage and Sierra Kay, formerly a part of the band VersaEmerge who was signed through Fueled By Ramen until 2013. After splitting with the record label, VersaEmerge announced they would be changing their name to VERSA, with plans to release new music by the end of 2013. Their January 21st, 2014 release Neon is the first release under the new moniker and as a duo as no other prior members of VersaEmerge are a part of the new lineup.
