Dillingers Hired Guns, a solo project from Blaine Dillinger, well known as HIRIE’s lead guitarist has released its latest single, “Witchduck”.
“The song is the first in a series of singles I will be releasing with animal themes. The idea is to show the “supernatural” nature of the natural world. A portion of the profits will go to the World Wildlife Fund.”
Dillingers Hired Guns’ solo style significantly differs from his work with HIRIE, however, it is unique and catchy. During this worldwide period of quarantine, he’s dedicated his time to contributing to many artists and bands worldwide and has been teaching guitar lessons online. He’s still tentatively scheduled to go on tour with HIRIE over the summer. In the meantime, you can catch him on live streams or schedule an online guitar lesson!
